Swim coach for a day


Tonight I am going to be the swim coach. You heard that right. I'm going to be the swim coach! Recently, my swim coach has given the entire team a chance to be swim coach for a day. This means we get to write out the workouts and shout them out to the team to do. Tonight is my turn!
The rules were that you can make the workout anything you wanted it to be- the only constraint was that it had to total 5,000 yards. I was almost going to make the whole workout distance freestyle (including a 3000 freestyle straight swim) because that is what I love to swim. Since I don't want the whole team to hate me, however, I am sticking with this workout. A lot of this workout is intresting things I did while on each of the 3 different swim teams I have been on.

Warm-Up:
500 SKIDS (100 swim, 100 kick, 100 IM, 100 drill, 100 swim)
Main Set:
(Pyramid)

3 X 200 reverse IM

Cool- Down:
10 X 50 pull
