Another great workout week!

Swimming: 410 minutes (6 hours 50 minutes)

Biking: 30 minutes

Running: 53 minutes

Yoga: 55 Minutes


Weekly total: 548 minutes ( 9 hours 8 minutes)


My longest workout week ever! ( This blog is really inspiring me to get into shape!)
